Degree पहचानने का तरीका
I)Positive Degree
इस प्रकार के डिग्री के वाक्यों में आपको
so……as
या
as……..as दिखाई देगा।
ध्यान रखे कि so….as या as…..as के बीच में Adjective (विशेषण) होता है।
उदाहरण-
1)Sameer is as big as you.
यहां पर big विशेषण का कार्य कर रहा है।
2)Kapil is not as good as Sameer.
ऊपर दिए गए वाक्य में good विशेषण का कार्य कर रहा है।
II)Comparative degree
इस प्रकार के डिग्री के वाक्यों में
…….er than या more….than दिखाई देगा।
Example –
1)Seeta is taller than Mina.
2)Tea is more sweeter than coffee.
III)Superlative Degree
इस प्रकार के डिग्री के वाक्यों में,
One the most…..
या
the…….est
या
One of the…..est
या
The most…... जैसे शब्द दिखाई देते हैं।
Example –
1)Kumar Sanu is one of the finest singer in India.
2)Suresh is the smallest boy in his class.
3)Jagdish Singh was the most famous Bhajan singer in the India
Interconversion of Positive and Comparative degree
I)Positive degree से Comparative degree
👉सबसे पहले दिए गए वाक्य में as…..as या so…..as को ढूंढें(ध्यान रखे Positive degree से Comparative Degee बनाते समय वाक्य में आए दोनो as….as या so…as को निकाल दिया जाता है।)
👉इसके बाद दूसरे as के आगे का भाग लिखकर उसके अनुसार उसी tense की सहायक क्रिया ,जिस tense में वह वाक्य(Positive Degree वाला वाक्य) दिया गया हो, लिखे।
👉सहायक क्रिया के बाद not का इस्तेमाल करे ,यदि दिए गए वाक्य (Positive Degree वाले वाक्य) में not न लगा हो तो।
👉और यदि दिए गए वाक्य (Positive Degree वाले) में not लगा हो, तो Comparative degree
बनाते समय not का इस्तेमाल नहीं करना है।
👉इसके बाद Degree परिवर्तन करे।
👉जैसे Comparative degree बनाते समय …er than या more…..than का इस्तेमाल करे।
👉इसके बाद Subject (कर्ता) जो positive Degree के वाक्य में था उसे लिखे।
Example-(Positive degree से Comparative Degee)
1)Amit is as clever as Sumit.
Sumit is not cleverer than Amit.
2)Pinky is as beautiful as Seeta.
Seeta is not more beautiful than Pinky.
3)Reena is not as wise as Tina.
Tina is wiser than Reena.
4)She is not as good as Lata.
Lata is better than she.
ध्यान देने योग्य:
as…..as या so…..as के बीच में जो भी Adjective आता है ,Comparative बनाते समय अक्सर उसमे … er जोड़ दिया जाता है।
जैसे wise……..wiser
tall…….…..taller
पर किसी किसी adjective में… er नहीं जोड़ा जाता है ,
जैसे ,
Beautiful से more beautiful लिखा जाता है|
Handsome……….more handsome
Useful…….more useful
Intelligent…… more intelligent
II)Comparative Degree से positive degree
👉सबसे पहले दिए गए वाक्य में से ….er than के आगे का भाग लिखकर,उसके अनुसार उसी tense की सहायक क्रिया, जिस Tense में वह वाक्य(Comparative Degree वाला वाक्य) दिया गया हो, लिखे।
👉सहायक क्रिया के बाद not का इस्तेमाल करे ,यदि दिए गए वाक्य (Comparative Degree वाले वाक्य) में not न लगा हो तो।
👉और यदि दिए गए वाक्य (Comparative Degree वाले) में not लगा हो तो Positive degreeबनाते समय not का इस्तेमाल नहीं करना है।
👉इसके बाद डिग्री में परिवर्तन करें मतलब positive degree में बनाते समय as…. adjective…..as या so…….as का प्रयोग करे।
👉इसके बाद Subject (कर्ता) जो Comparative Degree के वाक्य में था ,उसे लिखे।
Example-Comparative Degree से positive degree)
1)Silver is cheaper than gold.
Gold is not as cheap as Silver.
2)She is more intelligent than you.
You are not as intelligent as she.
3)Your sister is not more beautiful than my sister.
My sister is as beautiful as your sister.
4)Bheema was not stronger than Arjuna.
Arjun was as strong as Bheema.
Superlative से positive degree and comparative degree बनाना
Superlative से positive degree बनाना
A)जब Superlative degree के वाक्यों में the….est अथवा the most…… आए
👉 जब Superlative degree के वाक्यों में the….est अथवा the most…… आए तो positive degree बनाते समय वाक्य की शुरुआत No other से करे।
👉 No other के बाद the…..est के आगे का भाग लिखें, और उसी के हिसाब से उसी Tense की सहायक क्रिया लिखे ,जिस tense में वह (Superlative degree) वाला वाक्य दिया गया हो।
👉 सहायक क्रिया लिखने के बाद as…..as वाला फॉर्मेट लिखे। दोनो as के बीच में Adjective लिखा जायेगा।
👉 इसके बाद Subject लिखे जो Superlatve degree के शुरु में दिख रहा है। कहने का अर्थ यह है कि Superlative से Positive degree बनाते समय Subject पीछे लिखा जाएगा।
Example:
1)He is the largest person in the world.
No other person in the world is as large as it
2)America is the richest country in the world.
No other country in the world is as rich as America.
B)जब Superlative degree के वाक्यों में one of the….est अथवा one of the most…… आए
👉 जब Superlative degree के वाक्यों में one of the….est अथवा one of the most…… आए तो positive degree बनाते समय वाक्य की शुरुआत Very few से करे।
👉 बाकी नियम उसी प्रकार है जिस प्रकार No other से किया। सिर्फ फर्क इतना ही है कि no other के बजाय Very few से शुरूवात करे।
👉 Very few के बाद जो भी लिखा जायेगा उसका plural बना दिया जायेगा और उसके हिसाब से helping verb का प्रयोग किया जायेगा। इसके बाद (A) में बताए गए सभी Steps को फॉलो करके degree बनाएं।
Exercise-
1)Ashoka was one of the greatest emperors.
Very few imperors were as great as Ashoka.
2)Bhimsen Joshi was one of the finest singers of bhajans.
Very few singers in India were as fine as Bhimsen Joshi.
Superlative से comparative degree बनाना
A) जब वाक्य में the…..est अथवा the most….. आए
👉 जब वाक्य में the…..est अथवा the most….. आए तो Superlative से Comparative degree बनाते समय
than के साथ any other का प्रयोग करे।
👉 सबसे पहले दिए गए वाक्य Superlative degree के वाक्य को helping verb तक जैसा दिया हो वैसा लिख दे।
👉 इसके बाद degree में परिर्वतन करके than any other लिखे।
👉 than any other के बाद बचा हुआ वाक्य लिखे।
1)He is the largest person in the world.
He is larger than any other person in the world.
2)America is the richest country in the world.
America is richer than any other country in the world
3)The cow is the most useful animal.
The cow is more useful than any other animal .
B)जब वाक्य में one of the…..est अथवा one of the most….. हो
👉 जब वाक्य में one of the…..est अथवा one of the most….. आए तो Superlative से Comparative degree बनाते समय
than के साथ most other या many other का प्रयोग करे।
👉 सबसे पहले दिए गए वाक्य Superlative degree के वाक्य को helping verb तक जैसा दिया हो वैसा लिख दे।
👉 इसके बाद degree में परिर्वतन करके than most other या than many other लिखे।
👉 than most other या than many other के बाद बचा हुआ वाक्य लिखे।
Example –
1)Ashoka was one of the greatest emperors.
Ashoka was greater than most other emperors.
2)Bhimsen Joshi was one of the finest singers of bhajans.
Bhimsen Joshi was finer than many other singers of bhajans.
